You have some really nice scenes, Only I think your animation reel is about 2 minutes to long. I can bet no recruiter will sit through the whole thing. It's a great show piece to have on your blog, but for an animation reel it's just too long. A recruiter will usually make their choice within the first few seconds, put your best scene first and keep it interesting for the rest of the minute. If you do only 30 seconds that's fine too, but keep it short and sweet.
